These terms govern the use of the Consult One business platform (accounting, invoicing, purchasing, HR and payroll and related modules) provided by Consult One for Information Technology, a company registered in Amman, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan ("we", "us"). By creating a company account or using the platform you (the company and each authorised user) accept these terms.
You must give accurate registration details, keep passwords confidential and make sure only authorised people use your account. The person who signs up confirms they are authorised to bind the company. You are responsible for the activity of the users you invite and the roles you give them.
Each plan has the price, user limit and features shown on the sign-up page at the time of purchase. Trials end automatically on the date shown. Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or annual) and renew for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. If you enable automatic renewal with a saved card, you authorise us to charge that card through our payment provider on each renewal date; you can switch this off or remove the card at any time. Prices exclude taxes unless stated. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law or stated in writing by us.
If a renewal is not paid, we send reminders and keep the account available during a short grace period. After that the account is locked to read-only and export access until payment is made. We do not delete company data because of late payment without giving written notice first.
All business records you enter or upload (customers, invoices, journals, employees, payroll and documents) remain your property. Each company has its own separate books. We process this data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Notice. You can export your records at any time while your account is active, and for 30 days after it ends.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for reviewing documents before they are posted, issued or submitted to any tax authority (including JoFotara, ZATCA or UAE e-invoicing providers), and for your tax filings and statutory obligations. The platform is a tool and does not replace a licensed accountant, auditor or legal adviser.
You must not use the platform for unlawful purposes, issue false tax documents, attempt to access other companies' data, interfere with security, or resell the service without our written agreement.
We aim for continuous availability and take nightly encrypted backups, but planned maintenance and events outside our control may cause interruptions. We may improve or change features; we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what your plan includes.
Payment gateways, tax-authority systems, email, messaging and cloud-storage providers you connect are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data caused by your own actions or by third-party services.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, after notice where reasonable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, including the Electronic Transactions Law. The courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute. If the English and Arabic versions differ, the Arabic version prevails before Jordanian authorities.
